Simple answers before you start.
Do customers need an app or an NFC card?
Customers use the KONEK website with their phone number and PIN. A business NFC card is optional. The Android app is for owners and staff at the counter.
Can a customer use one NFC card at different businesses?
Each NFC loyalty card belongs to the business that issued it and works across that business’s branches. Customers keep one KONEK phone number and PIN across participating businesses, but each business has its own membership, points and rewards.
Do customers need to create their own account?
Staff registration creates the account automatically, and the customer sets a private PIN. For an existing KONEK account, explain enrollment and link it by phone number. Customers can view their memberships on the KONEK website. Protected account access and reward redemption require the customer’s PIN according to their device settings.
What if a purchase was recorded incorrectly?
Owners can make recorded corrections or reversals with a reason instead of deleting transaction history. The activity record helps you follow what changed and who made the correction.
